Required for summer Term 2019 Key Stage 1 (Mixed Year 1 and 2) Class Teacher 0.6

The children, staff and governors are looking for an outstanding Key Stage 1 Teacher who has had experience of working in a mixed aged Year 1 and 2 Class. 

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Passionate and creative.         
  • Committed to all children.
  • An outstanding practitioner with excellent classroom management skills.
  • Able to plan and assess effectively, linked to the National Curriculum.
  • Able to promote high standards of achievement, progress and behaviour.
  • Able to work alongside colleagues to administer and mark KS1 SATs and phonics assessments

This is a 0.6 position on a fixed term contract from April 23rd until August 31st and will require the successful candidate to work Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. There will be an opportunity on a Wednesday afternoon for liaison time.
