for an enthusiastic, innovative individual to lead our unique and charming school as

them with the same level of commitment and charisma.

in an enriching and inspirational environment with the aim of supporting pupils to
achieve their full potential. The school has many links with other local schools as part
of the Dorchester Area Schools Partnership as well as the Learning First Alliance; a
small collection of schools working supportively to promote best practice.
The School was judged 'Good' at the last Ofsted review in 2017. The new post holder
will be expected to build on that judgement and drive progress throughout the school,

increase pupil numbers, ensuring the stability and longevity of the school.
