This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join our supportive and improving Science Department within Budmouth College. We require a well-qualified Science Teacher who has an enthusiasm for teaching, learning and the progression of our students. You must have a commitment to working collaboratively alongside the team, under the direction of the Science Department Learning Leaders.
Our Science Department is active in providing opportunities for students to extend their knowledge and understanding. We have 14 well equipped science labs and 2 dedicated Science Technicians. At KS5 we offer Biology and Chemistry (following the OCR syllabus) and Physics (following the Educas syllabus). At KS4 we deliver Edexcel separate Sciences and combined Sciences with steadily improving results.
This is an opportunity to work in a large improving community college, situated in a delightful seaside town in Dorset on the Jurassic Coast.
