Nursery Deputy Manager 

Part time 32.5 hours per week, Term Time Only, Permanent Contract

Salary Scale: Grade 5, points 21 -24

Pro-rata Salary: £15,315 - £16,701

Full-Time Equivalent Salary: £20,541 - £22,401 

We are looking for a caring, committed and dynamic Nursery Deputy Manager to join the team at Little Ambers Bournemouth, based at Elm Academy. Our ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years and a minimum of 2 years of experience in an Early Years setting. They will have experience in a leadership role and a solid understanding of safeguarding and EYFS. A relevant paediatric first aid qualification would also be desirable. 

We are looking for candidates who are passionate and ambitious, with a drive and commitment to improve the life chances of our young people.  You will have a dynamic, exceptional and creative approach to improving the teaching and learning in a way that benefits all children. The ability to communicate effectively with both children and adults is vital both in the setting, and in building strong relationships with the families we support. 

There are many opportunities for professional development and support to gain qualifications, and a chance for practitioners to be instrumental in continuing the development of our Nursery.
