Our new model brings together many services and support for children and families into six integrated locality teams across Dorset, supported by a central team of specialist services.

To lead us on our journey, we are looking to recruit a first-class individual with the right experience, knowledge, and dedication to help us improve the lives of children, young people, and families in Dorset.
You will be an experienced senior leader and social work professional, with a track record of improving outcomes for children, young people, and families as a compelling strategic lead with a strong grip on operational services and finances. You will have the vision, drive and resilience to continue the transformation journey and build on the successes of the last few months, engaging with our partners to improve the outcomes for children, young people, and families within Dorset. You will be flexible and adaptable to changing situations and keen to develop an ambitious and forward-thinking culture.
