We are looking for and enthusiastic and highly motivated person to join the Highway Searches Team within the Place Directorate. This is a challenging and varied role dealing with highway searches that are received when members of the public buy or sell a property.
What you will be doing
Your duties will include:
Whilst working in Highways is desirable, we are looking for applicants who can demonstrate they can be quick learners, work in a busy environment, be sensitive to difficult situations, whilst having the ability to challenge, negotiate and investigate. The successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to learn new skills and legislation.
We are looking for a friendly, motivated, flexible person. This role is all about being highly organised, with the ability to work on your own initiative and to plan and prioritise work to manage conflicting priorities to meet delivery deadlines, targets and agreed work standards.
The ability to work as part of a team is vital. Training will be provided as necessary.
