We have 6 new posts for experienced and highly experienced social workers focussing on a managed caseload covering DOLS applications, CHC applications and reviews, and complex social work with people who have long term complex needs.
You should be experienced in working in adult services and have a passion for the development of innovative person centred solutions in partnership with colleagues in health, housing and commissioning.
The posts are based in East, Central and West Dorset (base locations negotiable) and applications for full and part time working will be considered – please indicate any preference for hours or location when applying.

You must have a degree in Social Work / Occupational Therapy or equivalent, be registered with the HCPC and be able to fulfil the travel requirements of the post.
