Social Worker 

Working with adults as part of a co-located team you will work alongside the community rehab and mental health team based within Westminster Memorial Hospital delivering services across the local area.

As a highly experienced practitioner you will work with individuals with a small caseload undertaking assessment and reviews, risk management, applications to the Court of Protection, and provide advice and mentoring to other members of the social care team.

Dorset has a strong commitment to learning and development and as part of the wider North Dorset team you will have opportunity to meet with other practitioners to share and develop your skills as a practitioner.

You must have a degree in Social Work / Occupational Therapy or equivalent, be registered with the HCPC and be able to fulfil the travel requirements of the post.
