We are seeking a Care and Community Services Officer, Grade 7 to work 31 hours per week.

You will be based in our supported housing for people with Mental ill health located at 10a Grosvenor Road in Weymouth, Dorset (DT4 7QL).

You will address service users housing support needs, enable them to make positive lifestyle choices and ultimately empower them to lead more sustainable lifestyles.

You will need a good standard of written and verbal skills and IT skills as you will be using recording software Rio and Mosaic to keep comprehensive records of work undertaken and provide these promptly alongside preparing other appropriate records including reports and reviews.

You will liaise with other agencies and professionals we are working with as appropriate. You will also be highly motivated, dynamic and passionate about achieving positive outcomes for vulnerable adults. 

You will be experienced with supporting people with tenancy sustainment and benefit issues.
