Do you enjoy taking leadership & working with vulnerable Adults?...

An exciting opportunity to work within an Adult Locality team based within a community hospital setting alongside a multi-disciplinary hub.

You will carry out strength base person centered assessments under the Care Act 2014, complete Court of Protection work, and hold a complex case-load.

Your role will involve supporting vulnerable people within a rural setting. As a level 3 Social Work post it is also an opportunity to take a leadership role within the team, supporting with complex situations as they arise.

You must have a degree in Social Work / Occupational Therapy or equivalent, be registered with the HCPC and be able to fulfil the travel requirements of the post.

This post involves working with vulnerable adults and/or having access to significant information about them and will be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service check.
