An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Experienced Level 3 Occupational Therapist to join our busy team based in North Dorset.

You will work closely with colleagues in health, early help, community and voluntary sectors to ensure customer's outcomes are met effectively.

As an experienced practitioner you will demonstrate a highly developed level of practice, knowledge and skill whilst exercising professional autonomy and judgement. You will take responsibility for a caseload of complex cases within the community setting and have a high level of manual handling and risk assessment skills.

You will provide direction and support to a team of experienced therapists in a fast passed community environment. There will be regular training and CPD opportunities to support your development. We offer flexible working schemes and regular formal and informal supervision will be provided to support you in your role.

This post has a significant travel requirement and you are contractually required to have a vehicle (or transport deemed to be suitable by the council) available for use as required.

You must have a degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent, be registered with the HCPC and be able to fulfil the travel requirements of the post.
