Senior Childcare Worker (Christchurch)
Salary details: £16491 - £17772
We’re looking for highly effective managers to lead teams of dedicated social workers who will deliver improved outcomes for children and families and help them lead safer and better lives.
A relocation package up to the value of £8,000 is available with these posts (subject to terms and conditions).
Based in one of our area teams, you will manage small teams of five social workers working with children, young people and their families who are considered in need; children who are subject to a protection plan and a small number of looked after children. The teams receive their referrals from the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH). The posts are in various locations.
In children’s services, our focus is on using evidence to improve outcomes, adopting a mind-set of prevention in everything we do and putting relationships at the heart of practice to enable change to happen.
