Food and Beverage Assistant - Avonwood primary
Salary details: £ - £
If you’re an experienced social worker with at least two years’ experience, plus a track record of building relationships and making a difference to children’s lives, we want to hear from you.
We’re putting all our efforts into making sure our social workers have manageable caseloads, feel safe and supported and have the time to work with families so they can make a real difference. The number of caseloads held by individuals is coming down, but we need more of you to help make this even better.
Our councillors have given us £1m to recruit additional experienced children’s social workers.
We offer a range of benefits including:
A generous relocation package is payable, of which up to £8,000 (of HMRC eligible elements) are free of tax. Depending on your personal circumstance our package provides options to help you relocate whether you are looking to buy or rent and includes; an initial advance of up to £2,500 payable when you start, help towards fees associated with buying/selling (up to £6,500) and an option to receive help towards your rent or mortgage in the first two years.
We also have plans to introduce key worker housing.
You’ll have the opportunity to take part in our Reinvigorating Social Work (RSW) programme - a bespoke package of learning, development and support that can help with your continuous professional development.
Make Dorset the next stop in your career.
Your application will be reviewed as soon as you apply.
