What you’re great at:
We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our team in Building Control.
You will have experience of providing efficient, customer focused business support with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines. You will be a confident communicator using different methods and styles and will possess knowledge and practical application of IT systems and databases.
What you will own and how you will grow:
You will provide a range of directorate specific administration as directed, including a routine caseload.
You will signpost all internal and external enquires, in person, in writing or by telephone.
You will be responsible for ensuring data quality through the proper use and safekeeping of data and record systems.
You will have a forward thinking and creative approach and work with others to develop innovative solutions.
In addition to your own workload, you will be required to support your colleagues and work flexibly across the Service as the need arises.
