37 hours per week (08:30-17:00 Mon-Thurs; 08:30-16:30 Fri)

What you’re great at:
We are looking to recruit a Customer Services Digital Access Apprentice who enjoys helping people and would like to help our customers access our services online. You will need to be comfortable talking to and assisting our wide range of customers face to face, on the phone and via our digital services.
What you will own and how you will grow:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a people person who wishes to start a career in customer services or local government. You will be delivering customer service for a wide range of different services offered by the Partnership and will receive training on many of the databases used across the Partnership.

You will be joining our existing highly motivated and lovely team who deliver excellent face to face, contact centre and digital services.
This position will primarily work from our main headquarters in South Walks House, Dorchester. However, you will be required to work from different locations across the Partnership and therefore some flexibility in your work arrangements and the ability to travel will be required.
