If so, we have some exciting opportunities for experienced Social Workers to be at the forefront of practice management within Dorset Adult Care.
The Practice Development Lead posts are based across the County of Dorset and will work directly with the Principal Social Worker and colleagues in learning and development to develop the skills and knowledge of the workforce, and will help deliver key aspects of the Adult Care Workforce Plan.
You will be working directly with the frontline Operational Managers and teams within the localities of Dorset to promote a culture of learning and development of social work practice.

You must have a degree in Social Work / Occupational Therapy or equivalent, be registered with the HCPC and be able to fulfil the travel requirements of the post.
