Area Practice Manager (Team Manager) 18.5 hours based at Dorset County Hospital Dorchester, Dorset.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Practitioner who can work with speed and quality in a busy acute hospital setting. You will join a stable, supportive, friendly and well-established team and work alongside the current Area Practice Managers.

This would be an ideal opportunity for anyone who is looking to enhance their career. You will be fully supported and guided to develop new skills in this leadership role.

Your duties will include formal casework supervision & guidance, MDT working, CPD guidance for staff, DTOC reporting, meeting performance targets and you will be expected to work creatively and flexibly.

You will be based at the Dorset County Hospital and could be required to travel to, or remotely support other hospitals within Dorset or on Dorset's Borders who provide a service to Dorset customers.

This position sits within the Adult and Community Services Directorate. You must have a degree or equivalent in a relevant social care or health profession, be registered with the HCPC, and be able to fulfil the travel requirements of the job.
